Family & Systemic Constellations Training Program 2025

Facilitated by Jo Amrein-Palairet

Eligibility & Requirements

This in-depth training is rooted in the classic Family & Systemic Constellations approach developed by Bert Hellinger and incorporates modern techniques.

To ensure you are well-prepared for the training, participants must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Have participated in at least two personal constellations as a client with Jo Amrein-Palairet or another Family & Systemic Constellations facilitator.

  • If you have only had one personal constellation with another facilitator, you must attend at least one of Jo’s workshops as a client or participant before enrolling.

  • If you have only attended a single workshop as a participant (without having had your own constellation set up), you may still be eligible. A brief phone or virtual call with Jo will be required to confirm eligibility.

Additionally, all applicants must submit a Letter of Intent (250–1000 words) explaining their interest in this work and their background. Please send this to jo@familybalancenz.com with the subject line: “Letter of Intent.”

Program Structure

  • 10 in-person training days (two-day seminars, one weekend per month).

  • 10 hours of online sessions.

  • One personal constellation (included in the program fee).

  • Private 30-minute mentoring session with Jo (included in the program fee).

  • Discounted additional constellations for participants.

  • Comprehensive course materials provided at no extra cost.

  • Free monthly entry to in-person workshops in Papamoa for current trainees.

  • Discounted private mentoring sessions during the training period.

    Time: Sessions are currently scheduled for 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM  Online 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Who am I with you 

  • Trauma & Healing (Mental, Physical, and Ancestral)

  • Archetypal Patterns & Cultural Influences

  • Who am I on the Field

  • Practical Constellation Facilitation Techniques

  • Who am I as a Facilitator 

Certification

Upon successful completion of all requirements, participants will receive a certificate of completion from Family Balance NZ. Please note that this is not equivalent to a degree or therapy license.

Investment & Payment Plans

Full Program Fee: $2,100 NZD
Early Bird Rate: $1,900 NZD (if registered by May 7, 2025)

Payment options include:

  1. Full Payment upon registration ($2,100 or Early Bird $1,900).

  2. Two Installments: $1,050 each (Early Bird $950 each).

    • First installment due upon registration.

    • Second installment due July 13, 2025.

  3. Quarterly Installments: $700 each (Early Bird $633.33 each).

    • First installment due upon registration.

    • Second installment due May 6, 2025.

    • Third installment due July 7, 2025.

    • Fourth installment due September 7, 2025.

A non-refundable $250 deposit is included in the first payment.

  3. Send your Letter of Intent with your application.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. If you require an invoice or receipt, please indicate this in your email.

Commitment & Attendance

This training relies on the presence and engagement of every participant. In case of an emergency requiring withdrawal, please contact Jo directly.

About Jo

Jo Amrein-Palairet grew up in Tauranga, Aotearoa New Zealand, and was born in Taupō. With ancestral roots in Switzerland, Scotland, and Ireland, she is the youngest of three children. Jo recently completed her postgraduate studies in counselling and guidance, furthering her passion for Family Constellation Therapy.

Alongside her teaching degree, with a focus on special education, Jo is a trained facilitator in Family Constellation Therapy, Yin Yoga, and Reiki. She is dedicated to bringing the transformative power of Family Constellation Therapy to individuals and communities, having seen firsthand how it can heal deep-rooted issues.

Together with her husband, John, Jo leads workshops that explore relationships and generational healing, supporting others to break free from inherited patterns and find balance in their lives. Having personally navigated her own healing journey, Jo describes Family Constellation Therapy as deeply freeing—revealing and healing what lies beneath the surface in profound and often magical ways.
