Next Family Constellation Group Workshop
After participating in a Family Constellation session, it is important to engage in self-care to process and integrate the experience. Allow yourself some quiet time after the session.
Family Constellation work can bring up intense emotions and insights. Be kind to yourself and acknowledge that it is normal to feel a range of emotions. Treat yourself with compassion and gentleness as you navigate any emotions that arise.
Engage in grounding activities to help you feel more centred and connected to your body, this can include taking a walk in nature, practicing deep breathing exercises, or engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
Stay hydrated and nourished. Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat nutritious meals to support your physical well-being during the integration process.
Being mindful of your boundaries and give yourself permission to set limits on your time, energy, and emotional availability. It's okay to take a step back and prioritise self-care as you process the experience.
Follow any specific instructions given, if any specific aftercare instructions or recommendations are given, be sure to follow them. I may have tailored advice based on the specific dynamics that emerged during your session.
This work is based on the principle of trusting the unfolding process. I encourage you to surrender to the experience and allow insights and resolutions to emerge naturally. Analysing the session can create a barrier and interfere with the organic flow of the process.
