After Your Session

Every person's experience is unique. Following your session, you may find that new thoughts, feelings or insights continue to unfold over the coming hours or days. Giving yourself a little extra time and space can help you reflect on and integrate your experience.

Be gentle with yourself and allow whatever arises to do so without judgement. Some people leave feeling lighter and clearer, while others may notice emotions, memories or new perspectives emerging over time. Whatever your experience, it is a natural part of the process.

We encourage you to take care of yourself by slowing down where possible and engaging in activities that help you feel grounded and connected. This might include spending time in nature, going for a gentle walk, practicing mindful breathing, journalling, or simply taking time to rest.

Listening to What You Need

Stay hydrated and nourished. Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat nutritious meals to support your physical well-being during the integration process.

Being mindful of your boundaries and give yourself permission to set limits on your time, energy, and emotional availability. It's okay to take a step back and prioritise self-care as you process the experience.

If any specific aftercare instructions or recommendations are given, be sure to follow them. I may have tailored advice based on the specific dynamics that emerged during your session.

Trust the Process and Care for Yourself

This work is based on the principle of trusting the unfolding process. I encourage you to surrender to the experience and allow insights and resolutions to emerge naturally. Analysing the session can create a barrier and interfere with the organic flow of the process.
